INJERA BREAD

Injera is the Ethiopian staple bread and it is generally made of Teff flour but can be made as well with wheat, rice and other flours.

Teff is an ancient grain, gluten free, and can be found at high altitudes in Ethiopia and parts of North Africa.

It is a high fibre food and a strong source of protein, manganese, iron and calcium.

At Tibs we promote gluten-free meals and our injera bread is made with a mix of rice and teff flours.
